I went to the chiropractor today to see if a pinched nerve in my neck was causing my wrist pain. As of right now my wrist feels better then it was but I'm still not sure if that's what it was. Hopefully it was and this will fix the problem. I also bought an new mouse pad with a wrist pad in it and it seems to be helping as well.
