Bio: Velvet is Commanders second in command and takes orders only from her. She is more stable then her commander but goes along with her all the way, possibly because of mind control. There is a rumor among the troops that Velvet has a crush on Commander Lilith but when asked about it she denies it. Velvet was present when Lilith and Lavanna turned on each other and used to highly respect Lavanna until this. She often acts as Liliths bodyguard and trains other octolings to become elites. After Octavios return she was promoted and made Liliths personal Royal Guard.

Addendum: After Lilith was defeated by Darkness, Velvet was taken back to the surface. Like most other octoings, she was cured of her mind control and is now free willed again. Despite no longer being controlled, she still has deep feelings for Lilith and still wants to be with her.
